It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their Swissdigital gear. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days after shipment is receive to return it for a full refund. It is our customer policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses when returning or exchanging product(s).
All returned items must be in new condition and include original packing slip and Return of Authorization number that will be issued to you upon request.
In an unlikely event that you receive a defective/damage product, you must present proof of purchase and a photo of the defect. We will repair or replace, at our option, your product without charge.
In an unlikely event that you received a wrong product(s), please notify us as soon as possible with proof of purchase and a photo of the product(s) you’ve receive and we will send you a replacement. We ask that you pay the initial cost of shipping at the original time of purchase. Once we receive the wrong product(s) we will ship out the correct product(s) and reimburse you for shipping cost.

We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. We suggest that returns should be sent with a courier that offers tracking services such as FedEx.
This Swissdigital bag is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from date of original purchase. If such a defect occurs, customer must present proof of purchase and a photo of the defect. We will repair or replace, at our option, your product without charge.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use or other consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons.
